6. Reviews and Recommendations

Reviews must:

not be misleading

Businesses may respond respectfully to reviews but may not intimidate or harass reviewers.

Curvasia may remove reviews that violate these Terms.

Curvasia is not a party to any transaction.

Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for:

refunds

A listing on Curvasia:

does not constitute an endorsement
does not guarantee quality
does not create a partnership between Curvasia and the listed business

Users should conduct their own research before making purchasing decisions.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all Platform content, including:

Curvasia name
logo
branding
design
software
graphics
articles

belongs to Curvasia or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

11. Prohibited Activities

upload malware
hack or attack the Platform
scrape data without permission
use bots to create accounts
interfere with Platform operations
infringe copyright

Nothing in these Terms prevents users from sharing genuine personal recommendations, experiences or product reviews, provided such content is authentic, non-deceptive and complies with these Terms and the Community Guidelines.

Nothing on Curvasia constitutes:

15. Travel Disclaimer
