Any payment-provider, delivery, advertising, or other third-party fees are separate from Curvasia and are the responsibility of the relevant business or customer.
Is Curvasia responsible for a transaction?
No. Curvasia is a platform for discovery and connection only.
Businesses are responsible for their products, services, prices, payment arrangements, delivery, fulfilment, returns, refunds, warranties, and customer support. Customers are responsible for reviewing a business’s information and terms before making a purchase or booking a service.
How can I contact a business?
Each business may provide its preferred contact method, such as a phone number, WhatsApp link, email address, website, or social-media account.
When you contact a business, you communicate directly with that business. Curvasia does not control those conversations or transaction arrangements.
How can I create a business page?
Create and activate your Curvasia account. Then go to Homepage → Pages → + Create Page to add your business information, contact details, and the products or services you offer. Keep your page accurate and up to date so customers can easily find and reach you.
Can I promote my business on Curvasia?
Yes. Curvasia is designed to help Malaysian local businesses become more visible online.
You can share your business page with your existing audience, including through WhatsApp, social media, and other marketing channels. Curvasia may also introduce optional promotional or featured-listing opportunities in the future.
Are business profiles verified?
A business profile on Curvasia does not automatically mean that Curvasia has verified, endorsed, or guaranteed that business, its products, or its services.
If Curvasia introduces verification features, the relevant criteria and benefits will be explained clearly.
How does Curvasia help customers?
